At BelBelPrints, we specialize in high-detail, custom-made 3D printed replicas. Since each model is uniquely designed and manufactured to your specific requirements, our refund policy is tailored to reflect the bespoke nature of our work.

Custom Goods and Change of Mind Policy: Because every model is a personalized commission, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the production process has begun. Before printing, we provide a digital 3D proof or animation of your model for inspection. By approving this design, you confirm that the model meets your expectations. No refunds will be issued for design-related issues after this approval.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@belbelprints.com or via eBay messages within 48 hours. To evaluate the issue, we require clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. If the claim is verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the 3D modeling process has not yet started.

Returns Procedure: If a return or replacement is authorized, instructions and return routing will be provided directly through customer support. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

European Union Right of Withdrawal: For customers in the European Union, standard distance-selling regulations provide a right to cancel within 14 days. However, please note that by statutory law, this right does not apply to custom-made, personalized goods manufactured to buyer specifications, which includes our custom 3D replicas.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method via our sales channel within 10 business days.
